Here is a followup email for the Boston trip.

Dear Phillip,

My colleague, Arman asked me to follow up with you with regard to a Hotel Reservation you would like to be made in Boston, MA on July 6, 2012 for one night. 

We have actually been able to locate availability for two separate room options at the 5-star location, Hotel Commonwealth on Commonwealth Avenue directly across the street from the Boston Red Sox's Fenway Park. The two room options both have the soaking tub requirement to meet the needs of your request. Additional room options are as follows:

Fenway Room King:
  • Large Deluxe Room (470 sq. ft)
  • Offers a direct view of Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox
  • Features one king size bed, Imported Italian linens, Down comforters and pillows
  • Plush terrycloth bathrobes and towels
  • Spacious sitting area with fully stocked mini bar and oversized writing desk
  • 32” Panasonic LCD HD televisions with DVD/CD players
  • State of the art telecommunications system and IPOD docking system
  • Cost for Night = $479

  • Commonwealth Room:
  • Supreme Deluxe Room (515 sq. ft)
  • Offers a direct view of historic Kenmore Square
  • This luxurious room resembles a junior suite and features one king size bed
  • Plush terrycloth bathrobes and towels
  • Imported Italian linens, Down comforters and pillows
  • Spacious sitting area that may be closed off with drape dividers
  • Features a fully stocked mini bar and an old world inspired writing desk
  • Offers an oversized marble bathroom with Fresh amenities
  • Two 32” Panasonic LCD televisions with DVD/CD players
  • State of the art telecommunications system and IPOD docking system
  • Cost for Night = $525

  • In addition to the prices indicated beneath each room description, there will be a One Concierge Reservation Fee of $50USD, as well. This fee will allow for One Concierge to make and confirm the booking for you as well as take care of any last minute things you may need before checking in to your room on July 6.
    If you would like more information on these rooms or rooms at any other hotel, please do not hesitate to let me know. If there are any specific landmarks or venues you would like to have your hotel situated close by to, please let me know, also.
