As Districts and NRCS continue to expand and widen their involvement beyond agriculture land management into other environmental areas such as water flows and forestry, we can assume our "customer" base and location of customers will also expand, if not very much change from what it is now. This expansion and change should be kept in mind when considering where to place the offices of the future and who should be located in which offices.
