Fence Request - Phillip Randall Wilson

I can't stand HOA's.  Therefore this is my least favorite of all the Phillip's.  It is hard to refrain from trying to screw things up for him.

I need the executiveboard to look at this request. I am reluctant to approve this as submitted. My concerns are if this is apporved as requested then we may, by accident be setting th HOA up for a potentail lawsuit down the road. I feel that we do not have the authority to advocate the building of a fence on property that does not belong to the homeowner regardless of what may or may not happen to the area in the future.

Should they feel comfortable with this than I am okay as long as there is a clause absolving the ARB members of any corporate liability.
