In person - Visit any one of our six customer service centers located at: Belvidere Oasis (I-90), Des Plaines Oasis (I-90), Lake Forest Oasis (I-94/I-294), O'Hare Oasis (I-294), Chicago Southland Lincoln Oasis (I-294/I-80) and at the Tollway Headquarters in Downers Grove. Customer Service Centers hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
On the phone - 1-800-UCI-PASS (1-800-824-7277). Phone lines are open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Weekends.
You also may purchase a $20 I-PASS gift card at a local Jewel food store, Road Ranger or by visiting our offices in Downers Grove.
In addition to adding funds to your account at this time, please make sure to:
-Register all vehicles that will use the I-PASS
-Regularly check your balance
-Update credit card information for auto-replenishment--especially expiration dates
-Periodically review account transactions to ensure that your transponder is functioning properly

I-PASS - Phillip Ivan Wilson
Uh oh. Looks like Phillip could be getting into more trouble on the toll road. I wonder if he could get pulled over by the police. Handed a nice fine for ignoring tolls. Someday he goes online to update the information and sees that it has the wrong email address. Doh!
